The Mantu group wanted to upgrade its recruitment tool to make it more modern, quick and easy to use.
The existing one started from a wordpress base that could not be updated and which presented UX problems preventing a real ROI. The Mantu group being the association of about fifteen brands, their previous tool did not allow a clear presentation of the brands and the jobs offered in the ecosystem.
We have therefore built a complete overhaul of this tool to reflect more modern technologies and a unified user journey that is easier to understand and accomplish.
By proposing this concept, we have presented a more refined and modern direction of the Mantu charter, while respecting a light and technological interface code.
In 2 months of operation, we noticed a 60% increase in conversions, with clearer analytics and management of the application more consistent with the needs of the group.
