We helped Telecom Paris Alumni redefined the purpose and services of an almuni network in the digital age where professional social networks are their main competitor. Along with the association President and executive committee, we organized a broad consultation of the alumni in order to identify their common identifiers and create a new sense of purpose. We also asked them about the main services that were to be offered by the association to its future members. Based on this consultation, we decided to focus on the deployment of a digital mentorship program that will serve the entire alumni community and rekindle the link between generations. Based on the insights collected, we also decided to focus on leveraging the content created for the Alumni paper review in order to generate more awareness for the School on LinkedIn and promote local communities of alumni worldwide to foster togetherness at the local level.
